October 2025 "Coffee with Kariann"

Welcome to the October Edition of the monthly 𝓒𝓸𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓮 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓚𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓪𝓷𝓷 post!
Pour a cup, grab a seat, and join me as we chat and catch up on all the latest SCD news & updates!

𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒑 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒅𝒓𝒐𝒑!

𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓗𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓱 & 𝓣𝓱𝓲𝓬𝓴𝓮𝓽 𝓒𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 was such a joy—and truly a 𝒉𝒖𝒈𝒆 success!
Thank you so much for joining us for yet another record-breaking drop!!
For the past four collections, we’ve significantly increased inventory (and have continued to for the coming ones!) as we work hard to meet demand while also striving to have inventory available for some very exciting marketing ahead. Stay tuned—because in January of 2026, some of you may even get the chance to join in on some of what is planned!

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒔!

Without giving too much away just yet, here are a few highlights you can look forward to!

(A little taste of the beauty that’s on its way…)
We couldn’t be more excited—October is bringing a swoon-worthy lineup of items! Think top-shelf prints, special commissions, and even exclusive prints you’ll only find here at SCD. The cozy season has never looked so gorgeous.
More Poised Wraps are on the way!
Our flattering & cozy Poised Wrap—crafted in a natural cotton blend—is arriving soon in SIX more timeless shades, each thoughtfully chosen to pair seamlessly with your favorite fall SCD!
𝑮𝒐 𝒃𝒊𝒈 𝒐𝒓 𝒈𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒇𝒂𝒍𝒍— it’s our favorite time year, and we’re going ALL in!
This October will likely bring two drops.
First, a mini “catch-up” release, the 𝓖𝓪𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓒𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷, with the long-awaited Alouette in linen, our final Poised Wraps of the season, and a pair of stunning prints from the first fall collection that had not arrived in time to launch then.
Next comes the season’s centerpiece—our second full-on autumn collection, the 𝓛𝓪𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓷𝓵𝓲𝓽 𝓒𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷. Think rustic red and chestnut shades, meadow florals, golden ochres, vintage rose motifs, rich teal, soft sage, and antique-inspired patterns. It is a stunning collection of prints that feel like they were stitched straight from heirlooms: cozy, grounded, and meant to be worn fireside, orchard-side, and everywhere in between. From moth-dappled woodland fields to timeworn tapestries and homespun stripes, this collection carries the soul of autumn in every thread.
And, ladies, the return of Nordic Snowdrop is right around the corner! Arriving just in time for October’s Infant & Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month, Nordic Snowdrop will re-release with the second drop of this month. A tender nod to remembrance and hope, it’s a print especially dear to our hearts and one we are humbled to bring back in this season of reflection.

To end the 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔 news, here are 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘯 juicy hints about our October offerings:
Where dusky wings drift among wildflowers.
Heritage blossoms etched in vining sepia, like wallpaper from an old country inn.
A simple, homespun pattern—made for autumn’s coziest layers.
Blossoms on rustic red, warm as spiced cider shared by the fire.
It carries no pattern, only depth—like a rich coffee, brewed for every season, yet perfect for autumn.
Golden as autumn fields, holding blossoms pressed in time, like memories kept between the pages.
A riddle for a hint:
Neither star nor sky, yet blossoms gleam—pink blooms drifting on a purple dream.
A riddle for a hint:
A gem once lost, remembered in bloom,
violets and stripes like heirlooms in a room…
A riddle for a hint:
Crowned not with gold but with petals aflame,
I bloom on deep teal and carry a name…
Once a queen, always a queen—
Beyond the lamppost, my reign remains
A riddle for a hint:
I hold the colors of fire and sky,
a desert horizon where diamonds lie
A riddle for a hint:
I bloom against midnight with roses and leaves,
named for a friend Anne never would leave…
With hair dark as ravens and loyalty true,
what kindred print waits here for you?
A riddle for a hint:
Green as sage and lined with vines, I keep the secret of juniper berries entwined.
A riddle for a hint:
I carry the strength of the Highlands and the hush of the moors, with navy and green at the heart of my chords.

Dear friends, we are so grateful for your faithful prayers and encouragement.
Here are a few ways you can continue to lift up the SCD team this month:
• Energy & Balance — Please pray for strength, energy, and healthy rhythms as our team works hard while balancing family and personal life. We are often stretched thin, and your prayers mean the world.
• Wisdom — Pray for discernment and guidance in growing and running SCD, especially as we look ahead to many big things in store for 2025/2026.
• Health & Healing — Lift up our team and community for continued health and God’s healing hand where it’s needed.
• Light & Encouragement — Pray that we would shine His light and be a source of encouragement both in-person and online.
