Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges if the item: has not been washed or worn (other than trying it on), still has tags attached, and we are contacted within two weeks of the customer receiving the order. If an item has a defect, please let us know via the chat box and detail the problem. We will follow up via email and may ask for pictures. We guarantee the quality of our items so in the case of defects we will either replace or refund the item.


Before contacting us, please read our policies below:

  • We must be contacted within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Once we approve an exchange or return, the item must be shipped back within 5 business days. If we receive the item and it is postmarked beyond 5 business days from the day we accepted the exchange or return, we will refuse the package and it will be returned to you.
  • We do not charge restocking fees, but for non-defective returns or exchanges we do not pay for return shipping or provide mailing labels.
  • If we receive the item and: it has odors (good or bad), it is damaged, has pet hair on it, or has trash in the pockets, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back.
  • If the item came with tags they must not be removed.
  • Items purchased at sale prices are not eligible for return.
  • If, due to extenuating circumstances, you would like to initiate a return or exchange beyond the return window, please contact us via the chat box.
  • We absolutely must be contacted to initiate a return. Please do not mail us your items without contacting us first.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • Pre-Orders are not refundable.
  • Rewards points/coupons purchased with rewards points have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • Exchanges are not refundable.
