Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges if the item: has not been washed or worn (other than trying it on), still has tags attached, and the return is within 14 days of the order being delivered. Our return and exchange process is now automated and can be accessed in your customer account. If you checkout as a guest and do not have an account, please click here.

Before initiating a return or exchange, please read our policies below:

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of Order delivery.
  • Returns and exchanges that meet our criteria will automatically be approved for store credit or a refund. Once it is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 business days.
  • Refunds returning to the original payment method will incur a 7% restocking fee. 
  • For non-defective returns or exchanges we do not pay for return shipping, but you can purchase a discounted label in our returns portal.
  • If you received the wrong item or an item with a defect, we will replace or refund the item and provide a shipping label for you!
  • If we receive the item and: it has odors (good or bad), it is damaged, has pet hair on it, or has trash in the pockets, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back.
  • If the item came with tags they must not be removed.
  • Items purchased at sale prices are not eligible for return.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • Pre-Orders are not refundable.
